Cats can be picky. When making and choosing which designs I follow through with, I make sure to get the seal of approval from each of my 3 resident cats! I'll never offer anything that my own cats don't enjoy, or won't use
Cat Safe
All of my stuffed and filled toys are filled only with 100% organic catnip! This makes sure that even if your cat tends to be on the rougher side with toys, if they get into it, you'll never have to worry about them eating stuffing or fillings that they shouldn't.

How will I recieve my item(s)?
For local individuals in the Cold Lake/Bonnyville area, I'm able to schedule a meeting for exchange, or drop off your purchase at your residence. For people who are outside of the local area orders can be mailed directly to you
What if I live outside of your local area? How much is shipping?
If you live outside of the Cold Lake/Bonnyville area please let me know when ordering. I will take the time to get you an individual shipping estimate. Cost of shipping will be personalized for your specific order and address, as I want to make sure I am not charging you more than absolutely necessary. Each parcel sent with Canada Post will also come with a tracking number which will be provided to you
Do You offer contactless pick up/drop off?
We do! When scheduling delivery I am able to leave items either in a home located mailbox, or on your porch/steps. Once your purchase is dropped off, you'll recieve a message letting you know that it's there!
What are my payment options?
I accept both interac etransfer (for people located within Canada) and paypal! Cash is also an option, however due to circumstances electronic payment is prefered. Regardless, I will do my best to accommodate whichever method is most convenient for you!

Why aren't you on Etsy or other sale platforms?
Etsy, along with most websites that would allow me to host an official online shop come with fees attached to sales. I want to be able to offer items at the lowest possible price, and not have to add external website's processing fees to the cost of items. Thankfully, Facebook allows me to post items for sale without charging per item sold, or taking a percentage of the sale!As Oliver's Company grows I plan on launching a website that would allow you to purchase items directly from there, as well as calculate shipping automatically without needing to wait for me to get back to you with a quote. However the timeline for this is largely dependant on when we'll be able to financially support that goal
Is it really just you?
It is! Everything to do with Oliver's Company is run by me (Rey). I make each item, and create each post and all social media content! It is my goal to be able to eventually branch out and be able to offer more items and designs with the help of some other like-minded individuals.
